Juniors 9-15 years  5:00-6:00pm
Adults 16 +years    6:15-8:00pm

Friday

Flow / Open mat - Members (or by Invite only)
Ladies only  5:00 - 6:00pm 
Adults:            6:00-8:00pm

Saturday

No Gi  - 10 am
